As well as a hut to rent kayaks, snorkels etc.
This is where the restaurant, restrooms, store and gym are located. To the left of the water taxi is the iguana family side. There is a nature trail to a secluded beach (birds and lizards, not much else to see) make sure to take water. To the right of the water taxi is the flamingo side. They have feeding times in the morning for the kids (7-9?) The flamingo side is adults only and the iguana side is family friendly. The iguanas and flamingos are a nice touch. Each passenger must have a valid room key, they do swipe it. The water taxi to the private island is very efficient and runs every 15-20 min from the family suites and the Marina (adults only) side.
There is a pool bar and outdoor restaurant. There are a ton of beautiful fish in the lagoon. The family suites are not ocean front but the sand and lagoon that leads to the ocean is very nice. Checkin takes a very long time but we were happy with the time they spent making sure we were satisfied. We had reservations at the Marina side but were upgraded to the family suites.
